Q345R is the standard specialized carbon steel alloy specified for pressure vessels in Chinese national standards, offering an optimal balance of high yield strength, excellent notch toughness, and superior weldability under sustained pressure profiles.

2. Specialized Austenitic Stainless Steel (S32168 & S30408) for Corrosion Defense
  • S32168 (321 Stainless Steel): Deployed for the Coalescing Oil Separator and Fiber Adsorption Tanks. Stabilized with titanium, S32168 offers exceptional resistance to intergranular corrosion after exposure to the welding process and continuous exposure to chemical separation mediums.
  • S30408 (304 Stainless Steel): Utilized for the Condensate Tank and the high-temperature Steam Header (196°C at 1.2 MPa). This grade provides excellent structural integrity, oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures, and superior long-term durability for thermal utility processes.
